Cone Layout Maker

This macro creates the geometry of a cone in the flat view for cutting it out and folding it to make a 3D cone.  It only creates cones with both ends on the same centerline.

The macro asks for 3 parts of the cone:
1. The diameter of the small end. Zero (0) diameter is allowed for the small end.
2. The diameter of the large end.
3. The height of the cone.

The macro will then create 2 Arcs and 2 Lines with the arcs centered on X0 Y0.

Clicking Cancel on questions 2 and 3 will backup to the previous question and Cancel on question 1 will quit the macro.

You can either dimension the drawing or cutout the pattern and tape it together.
Leaving tabs on one end and other places might make assembly easier.
