I sent a message to Midnight Software 6-28-2015 last year.
Here is their reply.

F3 thru F11 can be chosen from the TABS
F12 can be accessed in the VIEW menu
F1 - Help
F2 - Offset
F3 - Select
F4 - Edit
F5 - View
F6 - Point
F7 - Line
F8 - Circle
F9 - Shapes
F10 - Text
F11 - Dimension
F12 - Extended Keyboard
The entire list of shortcut keys is in the User Guide / Getting Started / Keyboard at the bottom of that section.
