I didn't see any surface finish symbols either.
Looking at the different types of symbols that are available to the engineer it would probably be hard to add them to a $30 - $40 CAD software.
If you use just one type, you could draw them up yourself and create your own symbol file.
Then when you needed a surface finish you would just open the symbol file, pick the one you need and paste it into the drawing.

Another thing missing from DeltaCad is [ Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ]
